  • What are your business hours?

    Our business hours are Monday to Saturday. We open at 8am and close at 8pm

  • I placed my order, what happens next?

    Log into your app dashboard to view your active orders. In addition to this, you'll receive an email and a text message with a link to track the status of your service. 


    If you have requested our delivery option then you will also receive a text message when they are on their way to you.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

  • Do I need to separate my items?

    The only time you would need to separate items is if you have ordered a mixed bag, along with another item or service. 


    Separating your items ahead of collection removes the possibility of misunderstanding the order, and ensures your items are processed exactly how you'd like them to be.

  • Can I add specific washing instructions to my order?

    Absolutely. Just pop your notes in the 'Order Notes' box when placing your order.

  • I need to change or cancel my order

    Not a problem! Please contact us on 0161 900 0173 alternatively you can edit or cancel your order through your app dashboard.

  • What is the Green Route?

    Our Greeen Route gives you the possibility to contribute to the well-being of the environment. 


    Choose off-peak service hours and allow us to collect and deliver in wider time slots, so we can reduce the fuel used by grouping the orders together.
